Class Descriptions
Classes are offered through TulsaWORKS Career Academy.
All classes, except for Continuing Education seminars, require preregistration. Participants must be successfully enrolled in Goodwill TulsaWORKS Career Academy before starting class.
Same-day enrollment is available only for Continuing Education seminars. For all other classes, please keep in mind that the admissions process takes a week or more and you cannot start classes until you are fully admitted.

This course is designed to ground students in the basics of the IT industry. Coursework will focus on key subject areas: software and hardware, IT Literacy, Security and Networking. This course is 2 weeks in length.

Unarmed Private Security
Goodwill Unarmed Private Security courses are approved by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET), and during this two week accelerated course the student will learn the duties performed by unarmed private security guards. STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE PHASES I & II TO BE ELIGIBLE TO TEST FOR CLEET UNARMED SECURITY GUARD LICENSURE. Continuing Education Units also available.
