COURSE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 18-years-old
• Background Check
• Drug Screen
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proof of 7th Grade Reading Level
• Northstar Digital Literacy Assessments

ONLINE CLASSES

What students can expect:

• Duration: Four Weeks
• Zoom Meetings: One hour per day (Mon-Thurs)
• CompTIA ITF+ Certification Exam
• Certification Exam is optional
• $76 w/ TWCA discount ($123 normally) This price could change in the future.
• Online proctoring available

Tools students will need:

• Internet
• Laptop, Chromebook, or Desktop Computer
• Gmail account

Virtual Requirements:

• Headphones w/Microphone required for live, online assistance.
• Webcam recommended.
  (Laptops and Chromebooks usually come equipped with built-in webcam, speaker and microphone)

Virtual Course Requirements:

• Must commit to the one hour zoom call
• Basic computer skills are required. Client is encouraged to attend Digital Readiness Training if they are not fully prepared for the IT Fundamentals course.
• Northstar Digital Literacy assessments will help determine if a client is prepared for ITF (completed during enrollment)
